While renewable energy still represents only a small percentage of total U.S. energy generation, the rapid growth in its deployment is undeniable.

Renewables now account for a substantial proportion of new generation. This surge in clean energy deployment has created such demand for equipment that it has strained the commercial system, creating severe bottlenecks that extend down through the supply chain.

Southwest Indiana has the assets necessary to potentially attract an OEM to the area and for existing businesses to expand into the energy sector as Tier-1 suppliers.
