Workforce & Training

Project GREEN — Growing a Regional Energy Employment Network — is ultimately about creating wealth for the region by growing the high-skilled, high-wage jobs that accompany this industry sector.

As new technologies and processes evolve, workforce and training professionals are working hand-in-hand with businesses to identify the skill sets needed and to develop curricula that provides the necessary education and training for individuals to acquire these skill sets.
